How It Works...

Americans alone have over $15B+ in spare change just laying around - and most people also hold on to small amounts of spending cash every week even if they’re behind on bills (on top of that).

We designed Microbid to help combine and turn all those seemingly insignificant, forgettable amounts of money - into larger sums of usable funds - that we could then turn right back around and give right back to all our members.

To make it all possible, we created a one-of-a-kind, crowd-powered, multi-winner Auction system where members can place tiny bids and get almost anything for up to 90% off - and, then we decided to build the most powerful, lifetime Loyalty + Rewards system ever created...right on top of it.

Put it all together - and it’s the world’s first real-time demand engine. It’s sort of like if Groupon had a love-child with Ebay - then added in Starbucks Loyalty.
Members place tiny bids on Auctions and the first member who reaches the Bid Goal (sort of like a minimum price) when the Auction reaches its Reserve Goal (ie. the amount of bids required by all Bidders for the Auction to declare a Winner) wins.

And, then the whole process automatically repeats over and over again, declaring new Winner after new Winner.

CROWD AUCTIONS

However, bids roll-over, allowing someone who may have been the 2nd highest Bidder to win in the immediate next round of the Auction - and so forth.

And, on top of that there’s an optional multi-winner feature that allows an Auction to have multiple Winners in the same round - creating a true "Crowd" Auction. So, for example - you could have an Auction like: $500 Gas Card for the Top 25 highest Bidders

"MICRO" BIDS - THE ULTIMATE TIE BREAKER

For both Auction types, if more than one Bidder has met the Bid Goal, then the first one to reach the Bid Goal will be declared the Auction Winner, however any member can also place "micro" bids, which essentially break the tie and can place them as the highest ranked Bidder and eventual Auction Winner.

"Micro" bids can also simply be used to help you place into the Top X for multi-winner Auctions.
Overall, the entire experience is sort of like bidding on deals and simply using crowd-power (ie. buying power) to massively lower the price (of those deals) - instead of just getting a volume discount.

ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES

Microbid was designed to turn almost anything into a "crowd" Auction - not just products, items, goods and services, but even mere ideas.

MORE ON THE AUCTION RESERVE

Every Auction has a Reserve (ie. Overall Bid Goal) and when the total amount of all Bids (by all Bidders) reaches that Reserve, the member with the highest bid (or first to reach the individual Bid Goal) wins - but, the Auctions automatically repeat and bids roll-over creating continuous rounds of the Auction(s) and multiple winners.

1. Win Auctions (or Auction Buckets) - as the highest Bidder (of bids placed - not amount). ie. 15, 25, 50, etc. bids. Or, be the first Bidder to place the individual Bid Goals for an Auction (ie. in case there are two Bidders who have both reached/met the same Bid Goal)

2. By meeting an Auction’s individual "Bid Goal" - this is the amount of Bids an individual member/Bidder must place in order to be eligible to win - or be the next Winner of the Auction.

The Bid Goal was designed so that multiple members can reach/meet it and become the "next in line" to win subsequent, following rounds/cycles of each Auction.

So, once the next Auction round/cycle reaches its Reserve, then the next winner in line automatically wins - and, so forth.


3. Instantly & Randomly - Every single time you click a "Place bid" button you earn Loyalty (ie. your Bidpower increases) - and you also earn instant Cash-back Rewards (in the form digital gold coins). But, your bid also gets submitted instantly, in real-time to win larger Rewards/Prizes. So, at any time - any Bidder could win $100, $1,000 or even $25,000.


In addition, to the above, Microbid is 85% Member-owned, so Members can also participate Revenue Sharing by co-sponsoring Auctions, which entitles you to receive Revenue Shares Payouts monthly, weekly and sometimes even daily.
