All Crowd Auctions must successfully reach/meet their minimum Reserve Goal (ie. total bids
by all Bidders) before declaring a winning Bidder of the Auction. A short review
period will then take place to ensure the Auction was fair and that no fraud took place -
after which point the confirmed winning Bidder will be announced and displayed on the Auction
Winners page. Winning Bidders will then receive an offer to purchase the Auction for $1 and if
the winning Bidder was referred by another member, then a Referral Bonus of 10% will also be

How It Works
Microbid features Cash-back Rewards, Loyalty-based Rewards, Giveaways,
Auctions, Flash Auctions, Sweepstakes Prizes
and other promotions.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE
YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Open to legal residents of the 50 United
States, the District of Columbia and Canada. Void in Puerto Rico and
US territories and where prohibited by law. Must be age 21 or older or
age of majority in state/province of residence. Void where prohibited.
Odds of winning depend on number of eligible Entries received (ie.
submitted and/or entered). Promotion starts on July 1 8:00 AM EST
and ends at 4:59 PM EST on 12/30/2026. Skill-testing question required
if a Canadian resident is selected as potential winner.
Maximum value of Grand Prize varies based on the Auction and for
non-Auction based prizes is $1,000,000 USD. Note: Entries automatically
submit when you spin the Microbid Slot feature and/or when you
